Justin McGlinn is the Owner and hvac expert behind McGlinn Heating and Cooling.
After earning my degree in business at the University of St. Mary’s in Leavenworth, I began a sales job in the KC area for a few years. While enjoying my role, I knew I hadn’t reached my full leadership potential, and was missing the aspect of helping people in a different way. I went back to school for HVAC, worked for an area KC company, and later earned my Masters Mechanical certificate. Over the last set of years, while growing my family, I have been growing into the profession I am passionate about, all while helping others as much as I can along the way. I am so excited to have a small and growing business in the KC area, and can’t wait to care for your residential or commercial HVAC needs soon!
